5 Minute Flow is an 8-hour event MY MISSION designed to teach you healthy movements that can be practiced daily. I want you to stand up and move pain-free in an increasingly sedentary world. Empower yourself by learning structured flows and as you gain momentum, get creative and design your own!

 

5 Minute Flow has helped tens of thousands of people all over the world reduce aches and pains, enhance flexibility and strength, and develop lifestyle-changing healthy habits. To further the reach, I want to teach YOU how to spread the important message of daily mobility and how to maximize its effectiveness for best results to friends, family, clients, and everyone!

 

At the end of the workshop you will be able to combine movements to create unlimited flows.

TOPICS COVERED

BASIC JOINT MOBILIZATIONS

Step by step instruction on how to mobilize each joint properly.

HABIT FORMATION

How to stack the deck in your favor and help anyone (or yourself) develop a life-long exercise habit.

PROGRAMMING

Learn to select the best movements for individual needs, where to place within a workout, and practice properly cueiing each drill.

FLOW STRUCTURING

BREATHING

How it contributes to mobility, stress, and strength--and how you can improve all three with simple breathing exercises. Methods for integrating improved breathing patterns into normal activity.

CORE ACTIVATION

The core muscles are extremely important, but not just for looking good at the beach. We'll cover how to fire up that core the right way, which is necessary for maximizing both flexibility and strength.
